Don Pancho's is a family owned and operated restaurant serving authentic Tex-Mex Cuisine. The restaurant was established in May of 1970 by Francisco and Sofia DeLeon and is currently located in Alliance, Ohio. Read more on our History page.

We are open to serve you Tuesday through Saturday from 8 am to 10 pm, Sundays until 9 pm, and closed on Mondays.

A breakfast menu is available daily from 8 am to 11:30 am. A breakfast buffet is served on Sundays from 8 am until 11:30 am.

*Our New Philadelphia location is now closed. Thanks for the last 12 years of patronizing our establishment. We would love to serve you at our Alliance Location.
